Can I return a product?

We will process a return if an error is the fault of Bikes International, i.e. incorrect product received. You can expect a refund in the form of a credit on your account which will appear on your next statement. You can request a statement from our accounts team at any time. Returns must be supplied in original undamaged packaging. Returns that fall outside of this policy need to be discussed and approved by us prior to shipping.
