What is your procedure for warranty returns?

Any items you are wishing to return due to a fault must first be notified with our Warranty & Service Department - contact: workshop@bikesinternational.co.nz. All warranty return items must be accompanied by a Returns Authorisation form.

My item has arrived damaged, what do I do?

If your item does arrive damaged you will need to sign for it as DAMAGED with your signature underneath. If in doubt or if the packaging looks suspicious always sign for it as DAMAGED unless the driver is willing to wait while you unwrap it to check. (Toll/IPEC may not accept our claim if you don't sign as 'damaged').

Take photos of the damaged box and product. Email to customer services cs@bikesinternational.co.nz the same day you receive the damaged product.

Please put the product aside and wait for further instructions on what to do with the product.
